To ensure an exceptional finish and complete control over quality, we have integrated our own upholstery department in our factory. This space allows us to design and produce all upholstery and mattresses in-house, ensuring a tailored result with top-quality materials.

Our expert artisans work with leathers, technical fabrics, and high-density foams to create unique interiors. From the selection of colors and stitching patterns to the manufacturing of memory foam mattresses, each element is perfectly tailored to your camper, offering superior comfort and durability.
Comprehensive 3D design
All the development of our vehicles starts from complete 3D modeling. We design each component, structure, and installation digitally before manufacturing, which allows us to validate fits, tolerances, and fastenings with total precision. This process ensures a clean, repeatable assembly without improvisations, as well as optimizing weights, spaces, and accessibility.
High precision sandwich floors and ceilings
Our floors and ceilings are not standard solutions. They are specifically designed for each model and machined on CNC to faithfully reproduce all the shapes, ribs, and beams of the base vehicle.
Multilayer technical flooring:
- Insulating core of approximately 30 mm, custom machined.
- High-strength PVC intermediate sheet.
- High-quality finish in technical vinyl with a parquet-style aesthetic.
This set provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as great structural rigidity and durability.
Multilayer technical roof:
- CNC machined insulating base, adapted to the actual geometry of the ceiling.
- PVC cover of about 3 mm.
- Final finish in upholstered fabric.
The result is a perfect fit, with no gaps, that reduces vibrations, eliminates background noise, and significantly improves interior comfort.
Protected and optimized facilities
All water installations always run inside, protected within the floor. We do not use pipes or exposed conduits on the underside of the vehicle, thus avoiding risks of freezing, impacts, or extreme temperature variations. This solution increases the reliability of the system and long-term durability.
Side body extensions
We incorporated side extensions that increase the usable width of the vehicle compared to the original body. These expansions allow for several key centimeters of interior width, and in the short versions, make it possible to sleep in a transverse position, significantly improving livability without compromising the structure.
In-house developed electric beds
Our electric beds are entirely designed by us and manufactured in Germany. The structure is 100% welded aluminum, without joints or plastic connectors, which provides superior rigidity and robustness for 4x4 use. Its reduced-section design allows for optimizing interior space by integrating the motorized system compactly, without compromising dimensions or comfort.
The set incorporates safety sensors and a technical finish through cathodic coating in black, which ensures high resistance to corrosion, a uniform finish, and great durability in demanding conditions.
With a single button, it is possible:
- Adjust the height to increase the trunk's load capacity.
- Facilitate access to the bed.
- Change the position to improve rest.
Specific fastening systems for 4x4
All the furniture is designed in 3D and is secured using technical systems specifically selected for off-road use. These fixings ensure a solid connection to the body, eliminate vibrations, and ensure the stability of the assembly even on demanding terrain.
Wood structures are precisely machined, and in addition to mechanical fastening, the contacting pieces are sealed with a specific technical sealant. This sealing acts as a damping element, absorbing micro-vibrations and preventing noises or creaking.
The result is robust, silent, and durable furniture, ready for real use in 4x4.
Carbon fiber components
In the constant pursuit of technical efficiency, the option to manufacture liftable roofs and lateral expansions in carbon fiber is also offered.
This material, lighter than traditional fiberglass, allows for a significant reduction in the weight of the assembly without altering the structural rigidity. The difference can be crucial for keeping the vehicle within its homologation range.
Each piece is produced with the same standards of precision, applying studies of resistance and structural behavior that guarantee a perfect balance between lightness, solidity, and durability.
